— Community Code

The Code. Good Vibes.

241 people, one house. A few rules — so it works for everyone.

Vibes & Volume

Quiet from 10 pm, please. Your neighbours might be studying for the exam of their lives.

// 22:00–07:00 quiet hours

Kitchen Love

Leave the kitchen the way you’d like to find it. Mess is not an art installation.

// Cleanliness = a matter of honour

Visitors

Visitors must be registered in writing — by email or form. Visits are limited to a maximum of 2 nights. No visitors without registration.

// Written registration · max. 2 nights

Trash Talk

Recycling is almost a sport here. Yellow bag, paper, organic, residual waste — 2everything has its place.

// Recycling Level: Pro

Safety First

Close the entrance door, windows shut when you leave. Fire doors are not decoration.

// Safety comes first

Respect

We are diverse. Discrimination and hate are stopped immediately and consistently.

// Zero Tolerance

Problems? Talking helps.

Our community manager is on-site — in person, not by ticket.
